    West Wales surf possability, several reefs/beach breaks within a 20 mile drive. Ok consistency: best in winter. House is lovely with small log burner and 3 bedrooms (2 doubles, 2 singles). Small dinghy sailing is a possibility. Though I live in Oxford that will be changing soon.
