My Place in Sweden

Description

Sweden is not a real surf country, but there is wind waves around our very long coast. Unfortunately the waves is only working when there is wind in exact right directions in minimum time period which is about 6-10 hours depending on the previous winds. We need minimum 10m/s to have it work, creating about 3-4 fot waves (face). But when wind is 15m/s the waves can be headhigh (face) even that they are not thick and strong as atlantic waves, they are full rideable. The closest spot to Stockholm is Torö in Nynäs, about 85km from my place. You can also travel north to Väddö, about 100km or further to Sikhjälma 220km. The north plots are harder to predict and find the way to. My place is a 93qm flat with 5 rooms. We have also a 30qm garden reached at the moment trough a window (there is plans for a door). The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Kitchen is fully equipped and open together with living room with TV/computer. There is 2.5 km walk down to Stureplan in inner city. There is also a bus #1 almost outside the door taking you all around Stockholm or take the subway 3 stops with the bus. I have a biogas/gazolin car and also some bikes.
