Easy access to many surf spots and hiking trails, 10 minutes to Santa Cruz, nearby wineries, restaurants in town. 15 minutes to cowells, 30 minutes to Mavericks, hour to SF, hour to Carmel/Monterey. 1st bedroom has bunk beds, second bed has kind size bed and crib available, third room has twin futon. Kitchen and bathroom recently renovated. Front porch has views of the ocean and swings for you to enjoy the view. Toyota Sequoia with three rows seating available with swap.
