It's a Big house (1-to 10 surfers) twon blocks from the beach. In south american summer (January and february) its always busy and renter in lot onf U$ but the rest of the year is avalable and best surf season is autum and sping (from march to may and october to december). In winter (from may to october) is a great surf season but sometimes is very cold. Always uncrowded except clasic waves at weekends. Great place! Es una gran casa, un gran jardin a 2 cuadras del mar. Desde la calle se ven las olas. Tiene un lugar pensado para guardar las tablas y colgar trajes. Full/full. En verano (enero & febrero) se alquila en muchos U$ pero no es la mejor epoca de olas. Especially autum...And this town except summer is like a ghost town, just surfers and never crowded.
