With a reverse floor plan the upper level comprises of a well appointed great room, kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area, full bath, screened porch, and a sunroom opening on to a southern facing sundeck. The lower level offers a master suite with full bath, two bedrooms sharing a full bathroom and laundry room. The ground level provides ample parking, BBQ grill, enclosed outside shower, fish cleaning station, and covered storage.
